San Diego Beach Picnic Couple Session

While I was in San Diego this past March I got to team up with Lacey from Terra Cotta Events for this beach picnic session! PSA: I am here for all the beach picnic sessions. I am just saying! East or West Coast

We all met up at Carlsbad beach with it’s stunning cliff beach views. Although beautiful and totally worth it after the fact, the cliffs made for a lot of trips up and down stairs for us to bring everything down to the beach. Let's just say we all got our workout in on that day! Haha Lacey's ability to create such a beautiful set up despite the challenges of the location was incredible and her attention to detail was unmatched! She found a local baker in San Diego for the bake goods and cake (she lives in LA). Seriously, my mind was blown! If you need a picnic for a special occasion or just because check her out! So after everything was set up Ryan and Ashley arrived for their session. These two were an absolute joy to capture! I ran around snapping photos as they enjoyed their picnic while soaking up the salty ocean air! I can attest to the fact that the picnic was delicious! I may or may not have snacked while Lacey was setting up! Haha As the sun began to set over the ocean and after they had their fill of all the goodies we left the picnic behind to run around on the beach! We stayed until the sun was completely gone. And really that was just my inability to stop shooting these two cuties! But you scroll down to the bottom and just look! We had an absolute killer sunset! Like come on, you would not have been able to stop either!
