Uptown Charlotte, NC Couple Session

I love a good adventure shoot in the mountains, but I think I love a good shoot in the city just as much! The Mountains are just gorgeous, but there is something special about the vibes in a city. It is creative and beautiful in its own way. I love the challenge of trying to capture magic in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, and this day was no different with Carlos and Sam! I actually shot these two back in January and at that time I had only been living in Charlotte for about 6 months. Carlos and Sam had also just recently moved to the Charlotte area, actually this was one of their first times in Uptown since moving here. In January it was FREEZING, but it was so fun exploring the city with them I barely noticed the cold. We ran around and found a few spots to shoot at, including this really cool mirror wall that was the front of a hotel! Seriously scroll down and see them, they are some of my favorite images from this session. We ended up on top of a parking garage as one does in the city. Carlos and Sam absolutely slayed during their session. In fact, I actually got a parking ticket because time ran out on my parking meter because I just kept shooting them. But do not worry I talked myself out of that parking ticket after the fact due to a technical error by the city haha. I would have gladly taken that parking ticket though because this session was just pure city magic
