Virginia Summer Wedding (Rees+Brooke)

I first met Rees & Brooke when Rees contacted me to capture his proposal to Brooke! He surprised her in the middle of her choir practice at Old Dominion University, and it was just the sweetest moment! A few months later, when they contacted me about shooting their wedding, I was so pumped to work with these two again! 

When their big day finally arrived, the forecast was calling for rain and since it was an outdoor wedding we all were praying it would go away. The girls spent the morning watching The Office and flagging down the friendly neighborhood ice cream man! The boys chilled at Rees's family home. The rain held off long enough for us to do bridesmaids & groomsmen photos. After a quick 711 run with the groomsmen, it was time to get these two married. Just a few minutes before the ceremony, it started to pour! They say thats good luck right?! Thankfully it only lasted a few minutes and the wedding continued as planned!

Through the whole ceremony you could just see the love between these two. The stolen glances, the gigantic smile, and the high fives!  It was truly so special to be able to capture this beautiful day for these two!
